DELINQUENT SHUT-OFF

Your account is due upon receipt of the bill.  It is considered delinquent if the water bill is not paid before we issue your next bill.


If your account is current, your water charges will be due usually 25 days after the date we issue your bill. If a balance remains after the due date, your account may be charged a $25 late fee.


If charges are not paid before we issue your next bill, your account is considered delinquent and your service is subject to disconnection.


If Service is Disconnected

If your water service is disconnected, no more than 3 months, you'll need to pay the entire account balance (past due charges and current charges), plus $70 in processing fees.


To restore service, payment must be received in our office at 7900 Birch Ave, Rosamond, CA  93560 or you can pay by phone with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover during regular business hours by calling

(661) 256-3100. Payments received by 1 p.m. will be posted the next business day.  

We are open Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays and Mondays.

Trouble Paying Your Bill

If your account has become delinquent within the first two weeks of receiving a delinquency notice and you're having trouble paying, call us. We can help.  Please call us at (661) 256-3100.
