Sundale sends all bills in a .PDF file.
Please note, once you sign up for this service it will discontinue you from receiving
a paper monthly water bill by mail. Unless it is specified in the e-mail request
that you would like to continue receiving a paper bill by mail.
2) Include your service address and/or account# and request paperless billing.
3) It may take up to two weeks to complete this process.
4) When you receive an email (from Sundale) it will have your current bill in a .pdf
file, you are signed up and will no longer receive a paper bill (unless it is specified
that you want to continue receiving a paper bill)
